A same-day edit with a mandap ceremony
Nupur and Sheel’s same-day edit was cut and screened on the wedding day. It moves from portraits to family and on to the ceremony under a floral mandap, set in a hall lit by chandeliers.
The ceremony in a same-day edit
Including the ceremony in a same-day edit takes planning. The editor needs the ceremony footage as soon as it ends, so the team that films it hands over cards straight away while others carry on with family portraits and the cocktail hour. Mandap ceremonies are filmed from more than one angle, so the editor can cut between the couple, the priest and the families watching without losing a moment.
Family on film
A same-day edit is first watched by the people in it. That is why this film gives time to family: parents, siblings and grandparents, not only the couple. Seeing themselves on the screen at the reception is often the moment guests remember.
After the wedding
The same-day edit is shown on the night; the full highlight film and any longer ceremony edits follow once our editors have worked through every event. Couples often share the same-day edit straight away and keep the longer films for family.
Formal venues
Ballrooms and banquet halls bring chandeliers, mirrors and large floral mandaps, which look beautiful on film when lighting is handled carefully. Read more on luxury weddings, Indian wedding photography and wedding videography, or ask about a same-day edit.
Wedding films that follow every event
Our videographers film each event, and our editors shape it into a film that runs from the first ritual to the reception.
